OBSERVATIONS for Early Childhood Classes
Understand that all children learn at different rates and in different ways. Some children will be quiet in class, others will be active. Some children will do everything enthusiastically at home, but not in class. As a parent, you know that every child is unique, so check your comparisons at the door and let the music work its magic!
Please be on time for class! We will start and end promptly and do not want you to miss any of your time! It's too much fun!
Dress comfortably and be ready to move. We sit on the floor and are up and down from activity to activity as movement is a BIG part of our experience!
Distractions such as toys, pacifiers, etc. should be left at home (or at the very least, in the car!). Please avoid bringing anything into the building or room that takes the focus away from music making. Just you, your child, and the music will be enough to carry us through our time together!
TUITION
In order to guarantee your child's place in class, a completed registration and a minimum, non-refundable deposit of $50 should be made. Tuition is due in full by the first class. If you are able, please make the full tuition/materials payment with your registration form. A payment plan of 2 -3 installments is available on an individual basis. Please contact Vicki to discuss this option.

There will be a $25 fee assessed for any returned checks, payable in cash, as well as cash for the tuition due from the returned check.
DISCOUNTS: off tuition only
Military: 10% off tuition for any class.
Sibling enrolled in the same class: 10% total tuition discount
Sibling enrolled in a different class: 20% off lesser tuition
Private Students taking a group class: 25% off group class
Allow Vicki to calculate the discount as prices listed include materials, which do not apply to the discount.
MATERIALS
Materials are non-refundable. Should withdrawal from class become necessary, the materials fee shall not be refunded and you will receive all materials purchased.
WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal from a class two weeks before the start date qualifies for a complete refund. Written notification of withdrawal must be received 14 days in advance to qualify for this complete refund.
Withdrawal within 2 weeks of the start-date qualify for a refund, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
Withdrawal after the start date will be assessed a $25 registration fee in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit. The refund amount will then be prorated from the first class session up to the received written withdrawal notice, and you will receive all materials ordered.
