for preferred day and time. Upon receipt of this registration, Vicki will contact you to confirm your registration and
answer any questions you may have. If registering more than one child, click SUBMIT below, then complete this form again through the PREFERRED DAY and TIME box - no need to duplicate everything else! Once received, Vicki will email you the release form to complete and submit along with full payment (or the required deposit) to secure your place in class!
